Policies & Cancelations
- Dogs must have proof of up to date rabies vaccination.
- Any additional requested services, such as baths or nail trims, that cannot be performed as a result of the pets temperament will not be charged.
- All prices are based on a single pet. Additional fees may apply for multiple pets.
- Customized packages are available upon request.
- A small additional fee applies to bookings during major holidays. This helps ensure your pets still get top-tier care while others are off
- Emergency and last-minute bookings may be subject to an additional fee

We understand that plans can change! Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking.
After we've completed a meet & greet, signed contracts, and received your deposit, cancelling within less than
24 hours means we'll need to keep your deposit as a service fee. This helps us manage our schedule and provide
consistent, loving care to all our furry friends. Thank you for your understanding - we truly appreciate it!
